Partner with Torchlight.

Torchlight is a consulting collective, fiscal host, and learning community working at the intersection of human rights, global health, gender justice, climate justice, and social change.

We partner with like-minded and progressive consulting initiatives that share our commitment to building a more just world.

Some partners engage Torchlight for consulting practice support and access to our global team of experts. Other partners dream and scheme with us about work we can do together.

All of our partnerships are grounded in shared values, mutual respect, and a commitment to meaningful impact.

Fiscal hosting

Torchlight provides fiscal hosting and operational infrastructure for select initiatives whose work aligns with our mission and values:

  • Financial management

  • Contracting and payment processing

  • Operational systems

  • Compliance support

  • Strategic advising

  • Administrative infrastructure

We are particularly interested in supporting emerging, feminist, youth-led, and movement-centered initiatives.

Learning and community partnerships

We regularly collaborate with organizations, networks, universities, and funders to co-create:

  • Learning series events

  • Workshops and trainings

  • Research dissemination events

  • Convenings and community spaces

  • Knowledge-sharing initiatives

These partnerships help expand access to expertise, strengthen relationships across sectors, and create opportunities for collective learning.

Our partnership principles

Before entering any partnership, we ask:

  • Does this relationship advance social justice?

  • Does it align with our values?

  • Does it provide a meaningful benefit for our members, partners, and communities?

  • Does it support equitable and ethical ways of working?

We prioritize long-term relationships over transactional engagements and seek partnerships rooted in trust, reciprocity, and shared accountability.

Who we partner with

Our ideal partners are peer consulting groups and initiatives that have experience working with our types of clients, such as civil society organizations, international NGOs, UN agencies, academic and research institutions, and philanthropic institutions.

We are especially interested in partnerships that help us reach, support, and amplify consultants and communities in the Global South and through collaborations that strengthen equitable practice across the sector.

Become a partner

We're open to conversations we haven't yet imagined.
