Sharafdzhon Boborakhimov is an ambitious development professional with over 5 years of experience in adolescent/youth health and wellbeing programmes in five countries of the Global South (Afghanistan, Bulgaria, Jordan, Tajikistan and Thailand). He also has extensive experience in SRHR and CSE programme planning, coordination and evaluation in Arab States, Asia-Pacific and Eastern Europe through the Y-PEER network. Representing key populations, he is passionate about regional and global advocacy, especially targeted at adolescents and youth needs. He possesses strong technical competencies in youth empowerment, wellbeing and engagement, gender, and sexual reproductive health and rights; a wide set of functional expertise, including comprehensive programme management and communication skills; stakeholder engagement and partnership building; guidance development, proposal writing and coordinating capacity building initiatives.
