We are an international, multidisciplinary consulting group supporting global health and human rights organizations to ignite visionary, equitable impact. Founded in 2016, the Torchlight Collective wields the collective power of 40 experts working on climate justice; feminist and gender justice movements; global health and human rights, including sexual and reproductive health and rights; and youth engagement / movement-building. Our members support locally-based, community-driven solutions that uphold equality, equity, and human rights through strategy work, organizational development, communications, and research and evaluation.
