Sara Pellegrom has been an advocate for sexual and reproductive health and rights for nearly a decade, with experience at organizations like Women Deliver, International Planned Parenthood Federation / Western Hemisphere Region, and the United States Agency for International Development. As a consultant for The Torchlight Collective, she specializes in program design and implementation aimed at advancing the health and rights of young people. She leverages her expertise and skills in technical support, advocacy, and project management to advise donors and program implementers on how to meaningfully engage young people in advancing their own SRHR. Before joining The Collective, she spent four and a half years at Women Deliver, where she contributed to the strategic development of the Young Leaders Program and supported the program’s capacity-building activities, grantmaking efforts, and advocacy strategies. Sara holds a Masters of Public Health from Columbia University and a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies from Rhodes College.
