Stephanie Kimou is an Ivorian-American development professional who has worked in reproductive health in West and Eastern Africa for the last 7 years. She has lived and worked in Tanzania, Senegal, Benin, and the DRC, addressing family planning gaps for young people in urban and rural areas. Stephanie has extensive experience in communicating policy, particularly taking research and data and translating that into easy to understand key messages and interactive visuals.
With a background in youth, gender, and the demographic dividend, she has extensive in-country experience in francophone Africa. She particularly successful with building and advising advocacy strategies, capacity building, research and policy analysis, and building relationships and partnerships with governmental agencies and NGOs.
